Position Summary: Direct Supply is building the future of healthcare technology with industry-leading products, solutions and platforms to help improve the lives of millions of seniors and those who care for them. In the Pricing Operations Specialist position, you'll maintain costing and pricing data to ensure competitiveness and profitability on hundreds of thousands of Senior Living products. In this role you will be at the center of the Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Operations departments on key initiatives. This role also directly supports all Direct Supply's largest and most strategic customers providing the opportunity to work with senior sales employees and executive leadership throughout the year. Defines new success measures. Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to review, analyze, and manage large datasets; highly proficient in Microsoft Excel. Strong aptitude for working in a data-intensive environment, with a proven ability to produce detailed, accurate, and error-free work. What You'll Do and Impact: Implement established processes that ensure accurate costing and pricing throughout Direct Supply systems. Leverage AI, along with other technologies, to identify and improve processes and boost efficiency. Input, audit and maintain pricing related information in databases using Excel, Access, SQL and other internal tools. Coordinate and communicate data management activities of the costing and pricing operations team with all other departments. Provide support to all team members and stakeholders for questions related to costing and pricing information in Direct Supply systems. Maintain and revise procedural and training documentation for the costing and pricing operations team. Experience: Bachelor's degree with a business or technical focus 1+ years of operational experience in a data rich environment Experience driving results on cross functional projects and process improvements Additional Items of Interest: Pricing experience in a high transaction, technology driven environment Experience using ChatGPT, CoPilot, or other Generative AI tools Experience with Ticketing Software such as Cherwell or Zendesk DemonstratedSQL or Python experience, including the ability to write, maintain and run queries Familiarity with writing Microsoft Excel Macros and VBA Job to be performed in the location listed.
