Description

The Director, Research & Insights is responsible for the continued growth and expansion of market research deliverables, including validation as well as strategic studies. This position requires the ability to manage both quantitative and qualitative research and present actionable insights to clients. In partnership with senior leadership across the business, this position should constantly look to improve and evolve our offerings.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Elevate the overall Market Research service offering by finding meaningful modes to communicate data and content in simplified clarity
• Manage Research vendors to evaluate costs, schedules and fulfillment of the bid process for both Consumer/B2B and Pharmaceutical projects
• Be a representative for Addison Whitney with our clients and prospects as needed
• Maintain a proven ability to drive objectives to fulfill timelines and requirements while effectively managing company and team expectations
• Ensure optimal levels of productivity, service, communications, and quality
• Drives recommendations for effective research presentations and proposal processes
• Engages with key senior level staff on a regular basis to deliver a continuous flow of business-building ideas and process redesign, while securing relationship and performance feedback for this role
• Develop partnership with Syneos Health colleagues to elevate our market research offerings

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of market research experience required; experience in the naming/branding space is strongly preferred
• Experience with quantitative and qualitative methodologies required
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role, with a strong track record of developing talent

The anticipated hourly rate for this position is $70.00 - $80.00 but may vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role.
