This per diem 8-hour shift position will be at our site in Hillcrest and the Scripps Cancer Center Radiation therapy center at John Jay Hopkins, across from Green Hospital in Torrey Pines, La Jolla. Why join Scripps Health? AWARD-WINNING WORKPLACE:
Our Radiation Therapy centers are also accredited by the American Society for Radiation Oncology through APEx-Accreditation Program of Excellence. Join Scripps as a Registered Nurse - Radiation Oncology at our new radiation therapy department at the Prebys Cancer Center. In this role you will assist the physicians during procedures that include IV's and Brachytherapy treatments. You will see weekly visits, consults and follow ups. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care within the scope of your practice. Patient care includes assessment, planning and implementing a plan of care and evaluating patients' progress during and after treatments. Works collaboratively with other members of the patient care team to ensure optimal patient care. Qualifications
