This role is perfect for a collaborative leader who sets high standards in food and hospitality. Key Responsibilities: Cultivate and maintain flawless relationships with students, staff, and the community Collaborate with the Chef and management team to build ambitious menus and deliver top-quality food Coordinate P&L and budgeting with strict attention to detail Successfully implement innovative culinary programs that improve the dining experience Lead and mentor a team of associates to achieve outstanding service standards Preferred Qualifications: BS in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or a related field preferred Three to five years of experience in foodservice operations High volume production and catering experience is essential Proven track record of managing budgets effectively Ambition to grow and excel within an outstanding foodservice company Apply to Flik today!
