The Technical Support Specialist for Agricultural Equipment - Sprayers will be part of a team that provides expert technical advice to dealership service department technicians as well as the field service team from CNH Industrial.

Come join a team that will strive to improve reliability and serviceability of our Agricultural Products and improve service information and solutions in our knowledge database! The focus of this individual will be application equipment (sprayers) for both of our agriculture brands!

The ideal candidate for this position will live near Racine, WI, Ames, IA or Saskatoon, SK, CA or New Holland, PA and should expect to be onsite 2 to 3 days per week.



Responsibilities

    Supporting dealer technicians with diagnosing and solving technical concerns, diagnosing systems using electronic test equipment, sharing knowledge on adjustments and settings for hydraulic, electrical and application performance, and assisting with procedures related to equipment repair and preventative maintenance
  • Answer technical questions from our dealers or from our Field Service people using personal knowledge, experience, and available reference sources
  • Structure answers consistent with CNH Industrial objectives while being attentive to the cost of repairs to CNH Industrial, the dealerships, and customers to improve uptime
  • Document all technical questions and data into a contact management system for: future reference by other Technical Support Specialists; crafting additional technical guides to allow Dealers to search the self-help database for technical solutions; delivery to CNH Industrial Quality, Engineering, and Manufacturing to identify emerging product or application issues and help improve reliability and serviceability of our products
  • Manage relationships with Engineering, Quality, Technical Training, and Technical Support employees to provide regular informal feedback of current issues that dealerships are experiencing with CNH Industrial construction equipment
  • Become a "product expert" on assigned products


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • OR Associate's Degree or equivalent experience with 3+ years of technical experience with mobile equipment
  • OR a High School Diploma or equivalent experience with 5+ of technical experience with mobile equipment
  • 2+ years of mechanical experience, specifically working with mobile equipment (trucks/automotive/power sports/agriculture/construction)
  • Start times may vary between 7AM and 10AM CST and will require the occasional Saturday during peak season
  • Computer skills including daily use of Microsoft Office products like Outlook, Teams, Excel. This position requires detailed documentation capabilities.
  • Ability to travel 10%+ including making field visits to dealers and/or end users.

The annual salary for this role is $70,500 - $103,400 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
