Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions (BEWS) is the group responsible for leading Ericsson's Enterprise Networking and Security business. Our growing product portfolio spans across wide area networks, local area networks and enterprise security. We are the #1 global market leader in Wireless-WAN based enterprise connectivity solutions and are growing fast in enterprise Private 5G networks and Secure Access Services Edge (SASE) solutions. How will you contribute to the company? As the Sr Manager ERP (D365) you will be responsible for the strategic roadmap, project execution and daily operations of our core ERP system, Dynamics 365 F&O. You will lead a team of internal and external team members in defining and delivering D365 based solutions. You will collaborate with other teams and individuals in the company to ensure optimal use of technology and the efficient execution of business processes. You will be key in building and facilitating effective partnerships with your key stakeholders. This role is part of the Enterprise Applications team and will help ensure the successful adoption and use of technology within the company. What you will do The Sr Manager ERP (D365) will Lead a team of D365 analysts and technical resources to deliver key business capabilities to the organization Ensure the on-giong professional development of the team Work with functional leaders to prioritize backlog and lead team in the timely delivery of prioritized requirements Ensure ITGC compliance and execution of GRC policies Lead and participate in IT projects from start to finish, ensuring alignment with business goals, timely delivery, and smooth implementation of the technical solution Stay informed about emerging capabilities of the D365 F&O platform and industry trends, provide expert guidance to functional leaders on the use of the solution, develop IT strategies and roadmaps for the platform to optimize business value chain performance that are aligned with the broader organizational goals and objectives The skills you bring Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Operations, Computer Science (or equivalent experience), Master's degree a plus Experience: 10 years professional, 5 years managerial experience Additional Requirements: In-depth understanding of key business processes (Finance a plus) Consensus Builder Organizer Curious mind Problem solver Likes a good puzzle Continuous learner Good communicator, able to work productively with people of varied backgrounds and levels of experience Application deadline: February 28, 2025 Why join Ericsson? The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience. * $125,200 - $187,800 Your Health Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions offers excellent, competitive employee benefits, such as: subsidized, nationwide PPO medical benefit options including a low-deductible Point of Service Plan and a qualifying High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP), with a generous company-provided HSA contribution. For California employees, we offer a subsidized HMO option through Kaiser. Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions also offers subsidized dental and vision coverage. Employees will also receive company-paid employee basic life and AD&D insurance and company-paid disability benefits. Your Time Your work-life balance is important to us. New employees are provided up to 40 days of paid time off per year, including 15 days of accrued annual vacation, 3 personal days, 7 paid holidays, 4 floating holidays, 10 sick days, and 1 volunteer day.
