The Palo Alto Litigation Group is seeking mid-level associates (Class of 2020-2022) with general litigation experience, including discovery, brief writing, and pre-trial preparation activity. Candidate with prior clerking experience is a plus.

Must be an active member of the California bar, ability to work effectively as part of a team across offices and practice areas, and a high level of academic achievement.

The Litigation Group of Skadden has significant experience litigating all types of complex commercial claims, including contract disputes; fraud, breach of fiduciary duty and tortious interference claims; non-compete litigation; merger-related litigation and control disputes; joint venture and partnership disputes; bankruptcy and restructuring-related issues; and statutory claims.

The starting base salary for this Palo Alto position is expected to be between $260,000 - 365,000 annually. Actual salary will be determined based on skills, experience (to the extent relevant) and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable law.
