En-Tech Infrastructure is seeking an experienced Estimator.

If you're interested, here's what year one is all about. For a good Estimator, this is the stuff of dreams - preparing and managing estimating, risk analysis, bids, proposals, and contract administration for projects that solve real infrastructure problems that affect us all, almost every day.

• Help the world leader in CIPP and other technologies for the rehabilitation of pipeline systems.
• Become an expert and the go to person for Cured in Place Pipe (CIPP) estimating and project knowledge.
• Work with experienced CIPP Operations Managers to determine the risk and feasibility of potential projects.
• Review and finalize all Project Survey's.
• Qualify sub-contractors and work directly with clients.
• Lead the bid review process.
• Prepare and manage estimates, risk analysis, bids, proposals, and contracts for groundbreaking infrastructure projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with subcontractors and clients, ensuring high-quality collaboration.

Realistically, we need someone with:

• A bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering or 4 years of equivalent on the job experience estimating in the construction industry.
• Knowledge of CIPP estimating would be a plus.
• Strong negotiation, writing, and reporting skills along with a detailed approach to tracking all projects is a real benefit to the team.
• Strong proficiency with Excel.
• Must have experience with one or more estimating programs: Bid2Win, Heavy bid, inEight.
• Must be willing to look at jobs and perform job walks, site visits.
• Must have good communication skills to work with vendors and other subcontractors.
• Should understand and have experience performing buy-outs after a job is won.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and technical writing skills.
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to read and interpret plans.
