We have joined forces with a leading logistics company that specializes in supply chain solutions in Dayton, MN and are seeking a Customer Service Representative. Our successful client offers the gateway to phenomenal career opportunity!

Pay: $21/hr.

Schedule: 2nd shift, 4:30pm - 3:00am

Training will be held on 1st shift

Daily tasks:



  • Maintain positive customer relationships by addressing inquiries, complaints, and requests effectively.
  • Process and input customer orders while generating related stock reports and paperwork.
  • Coordinate special shipping requests with Traffic and Operations Departments, expediting orders as needed.
  • Verify invoices, prepare shipping and tracing information, and maintain damage records and backorder logs.
  • Act as a liaison between the warehouse, office, and customers to ensure service standards and account administration.
  • Communicate customer feedback to management and oversee proper filing of order paperwork.
  • Maintain accurate procedure manuals detailing account-specific processing requirements.

Qualified candidates will have 1-2 years of CSR experience.
