Supply Chain Coordinator

Must have SAP/ERP expereince

Advanced Excel expereince required

Are you passionate about excellent customer service and operating more effectively? Do you thrive in fast paced environments? We are looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to provide exceptional support to our distributor partners, business units, and third-party logistics partners. Responsibilities includes coordination of tasks related to inquiries, product availability, orders, customer support, as well as support the Planning team with ticket management and Logistics Manager in process improvements.

RESPONSIBILITIES

#CUSTOMER SUPPORT Resolve inquiries related to distributor orders, returns, shipments, products, claims, and customer concerns

Sales order entry into company's ERP system

Initiate transportation track and trace (as required)

Investigate and resolve problems through root cause analysis using various reports and data to resolve logistics challenges

Monitor and provide status of critical shipments and ensure inbound/outbound on time delivery Interact with key personnel to monitor and develop process to ensure the timely and accurate processing of orders and shipments

Provide customer support to change or cancel existing orders

Ensure customer service and time objectives are achieved within existing financial constraints to maximize sales, market share and profitability for the company and distributors

Participate in benchmarking to ensure customer service levels are aligned with industry standards Establish strong working relationship with business units, distributors, logistics partners, and Operations team members to provide high levels of customer support

#SYSTEMS SUPPORT

Create and maintain distributor customer master data in company's operational systems (SAP) Ensure all transactions are properly entered and maintained within the relevant system

#OPERATING PROCEDURES AND COMPLIANCE

Support the claims management process with distributors

Provide input and recommendations to continuously improve customer service #MISCELLANEOUS OPERATIONS SUPPORT

Provide logistics and order support as needed

Conduct ad hoc reporting & analysis

Support as required for annual physical inventory and audits

Maintain documentation and procedures related to logistics policies and procedures

Prepared to assume additional tasks outside job description (as needed/directed)

EXPERIENCE NEEDED

Ba degree preferred

0-1+ years experience related to supply chain and logistics operations

Outstanding customer service skills

Excellent written and verbal skills

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Basic knowledge of logistics functions within SAP or a comparable ERP system preferred

Basic analytical skills with Microsoft Excel experience (excel is heavily used) #ZR
