Boden, a Lifespark Senior Living Community is looking for a Community Life Assistant to join our growing team!

Boden Senior Living recently opened July 2022 in Apple Valley, MN. It is located right off 155th Street across from Target. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our gorgeous 64-unit, apartment style community providing Assisted Living, Independent Living and Memory Care services. Schedule: Part-Time Every other Weekend
Pay: $17.50-22.50 based on experience

In this position, you will be responsible for greeting visitors to the facility through all communication. Duties include:

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting all residents, tenants, visitors and staff.
• Guide and direct guests, tenants, and residents to appropriate rooms as needed.
• Answer multiple line telephones in a polite, professional manner.
• Assist with typing, filing, ancillary input, payroll and distribution of mail, accounts payable and personnel files.
• Assist with the business office functions including administrative support.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Related administrative experience at a level necessary to accomplish the job is preferred.
• Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident's families, and employees.
• Must possess advanced computer skills.
