We are seeking Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team Leader to join our Adult Behavioral Health Division in Greensburg, PA serving Westmoreland County.
Earn $72,000-75,000/year , plus mileage reimbursement. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Leader to oversee and direct our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team. This role involves managing a self-contained clinical team responsible for providing comprehensive treatment, rehabilitation, and support services to clients with severe and persistent mental health illnesses. The Team Leader will supervise and evaluate a multidisciplinary team, ensure service excellence, and act as a practicing clinician. * Oversee daily clinical operations of the ACT Team, ensuring adequate staff coverage by coordinating work schedules. * Facilitate daily team meetings and maintain detailed logs of meeting discussions and decisions. * Manage the client admission process, including scheduling interviews, conducting initial assessments, and coordinating treatment plans with the psychiatrist. * Provide clinical supervision, including weekly individual and monthly field supervision, while maintaining relationships with staff, clients, and community resources. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: * Masters' Degree in the human services field of Psychiatric Rehabilitation, or Psychology. * Professional license eligible as an Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) * Supervisory and program management experience is required. * Strong clinical skills and experience providing treatment to persons with severe and persistent mental illnesses. * Clear understanding of the characteristics and problems of adults with severe and persistent mental illnesses and be knowledgeable about the ACT model. * Valid Driver's License.
