Position Details: is the responsibility of physician to assess individuals, conduct evaluations, medication management services, clinical consultation/supervision and clinical client reviews. The purpose of the onsite physician at PAD location is to provide medically oriented feedback to various stakeholders to insure that individuals receive adequate care while at 265 E Lehigh Ave. Recommendations should be made to PPD partners based on available medical criteria. Leadership/Administration: * Performing a medical history and physical exam * Determining diagnosis and determining narcotic dependence * Reviewing treatment plans * Make recommendations regarding level of care received and coordinate care with staff on site * Discussing cases with treatment team/stakeholders. * Issuing verbal orders pertaining to client care. * Assessing coexisting medical and psychiatric disorders * Treating or making appropriate referrals for treatment of these disorders.
