The Transaction Advisory Service ("TAS") team's mission is to enable the most efficient and appropriate execution of new and ongoing enterprise transactions. This team acts as a strategic leader for the Finance organization in mergers & acquisitions as well as carve-out and other significant enterprise transactions, providing invaluable expertise throughout each transaction's lifecycle and spearheading T-Mobile's efforts to support key growth initiatives. TAS operates within the Accounting & Control team.The TAS team ushers the Finance organization end to end through each transaction. From supporting the deal team with critical expertise during due diligence, including assessing alternative transaction structures, to coordinating integration efforts cross-functionally and ensuring stakeholder needs are assembled, to drafting the financial reporting and disclosure impacts for SEC filings. The TAS team is the central hub for Finance throughout each transaction. The TAS team's natural talents are grounded in a robust understanding of accounting and the TAS team frames the financial impacts of transactions through insightful technical accounting assessments. TAS then coordinates the Finance organization in designing and driving its integration approach and assists in estimating financial impacts through supporting data analytics and forecasting models and the development of reliable valuation estimates. TAS provides critical insights and simplifications to complex matters based on a deep understanding of T-Mobile's specific business needs. Transaction Advisory Services, Senior Analyst is responsible to help ensure compliance with both US GAAP and IFRS in complex transactions. As an individual contributor, this person will work closely with leadership in supporting T-Mobile initiatives and communicating their accounting and reporting treatment. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: *Lead Finance teams in planning, organization and execution of integration efforts, acting as a central point of contact and strategic advisor on deliverables and key milestones *Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders across the enterprise and ensure key dependencies are identified, assessed and actioned. *Support SEC reporting to ensure footnotes comply with disclosure requirements and include appropriate accounting policy disclosures. Functional/Technical Skills *Ability to lead through influence, rather than direct reporting lines, to drive consensus amongst various stakeholders. Experience * At least 18 years of age The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
