Description Management/Leadership Req #: 17951 The Manager - Coding Compliance role is responsible for developing, maintaining and managing the coding compliance & support activities for Maine Medical Partners and contracted clients. Responsibilities include supervising Coding Compliance, Audit and Education and coordinating daily operations to ensure compliance, effective workflows and optimum productivity while maintaining patient, staff and physician satisfaction. Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required. License/Certifications: Physician Coding Certification (CPC, CCS, CPMA, or CCS-P) or Certified Professional Medical Auditor (CPMA) required. Experience: Five years of physician coding management/supervisory experience required.
