Kettle Park Senior Living, a Lifespark Senior Living Community is looking for a Memory Care Coordinator/LPN to join our growing team.

Kettle Park Senior Living recently opened in 2019 and is easily accessible on Stoughton Road (HWY 51), in Stoughton, WI. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our gorgeous 80-unit, apartment style community providing Assisted Living and Memory Care services. Kettle Park provides a stable leadership team and welcoming staff!

Shifts Available: Full Time Days, including MOD and Call rotation
Wage: $27.00-$32.50 wage is based on experience

In this position, you will lead, direct, and assist in the overall operations of the memory care unit in accordance with customer needs, government regulations, and company policies, with focus on the physical and social well-being of our residents/tenants while achieving the facility's business objectives. Duties include:



  • Schedule and perform rounds in memory care to monitor and evaluate the quality and appropriateness of nursing care.


  • Assume responsibility and accountability for the proper completion and documentation of care, medications, and treatments for memory care residents.
  • Support the Director of Health Services on the written staffing plan and nursing schedule that reflects the needs of the memory care resident/tenant population.


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and a valid state licensure as an LPN
  • Restorative or geriatric nursing experience is preferred.


  • Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident's families, and employees.
  • Must possess advanced computer skills, including email use.
