Site Maintenance Laborer

Ameresco is looking for a site maintenance laborer to be located in the Central MA area to performance commercial solar field maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Includes but not limited to all civil and site maintenance tasks.

  • Vegetation abatement

  • Snow plowing/removal

  • Tree trimming/removal

  • Fence repairs

  • Erosion and stabilization repairs

  • Autonomous mowing installs/resets

  • Panel washing

  • Driving/delivering equipment

  • and other work related to Ameresco's O&M division.

• Uses all tools, equipment, materials and supplies at their disposal and observes all safety rules, regulations and precautions in performing their duties.

• Make necessary phone calls for parts, materials, supplies on as needed and approved basis.

• Complete deliverables, work reports, time sheets, and expense reports in timely fashion.

• Responsible for quality assurance and ensuring jobs are completed in timely manner and within budget.

• Perform all of tasks as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years experience performing outdoor site maintenance tasks

• An active Driver's License in good standing (1 or more Serious Moving Violations or 2 or more Other Moving Violations)

• High School Diploma
