JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Penn State Extension in the College of Agricultural Sciences at The Pennsylvania State University seeks an organized and detail-oriented person to serve as our Financial Associate. This position will support the business of two Extension affiliated programs, including the Pesticide Education Program (PEP) and the Center for Agricultural Conservation Assistance Training (CACAT), with approximately 25 staff to support on those teams. The successful candidate will closely coordinate with administrative support staff and grants and contracts staff associated with these programs to support the growing number of faculty, staff, and students working in the agricultural conservation and pesticide safety fields. This full-time, limited-term position offers a hybrid flexible work arrangement that combines remote and on-campus work at the University Park campus in State College, PA, and reports directly to the CACAT and PEP Program Directors.
