We are hiring a Business System Analyst to join our team onsite in Beloit, WI (2 days/week).
Requirements: * Create process flows using Visio or Lucid Chart * Ability to gather requirements from scratch and follow proper documentation protocols * Mapping data experience (3rd party software is fine) * Own UAT and schedule sessions * Ability to mentor and train other Business Analysts * Strong communication and collaboration skills * SDLC process experience Nice to Have: * Jira/Confluence experience Responsibilities * Lead business analysis for complex projects with 3rd party vendors. * Create process flows, requirements, data mapping, and test cases. * Adapt to new templates and processes. * Develop user stories and collaborate with various stakeholders. * Document requirements for both waterfall and Agile projects. * Prioritize requirements and manage multiple projects. * Handle project management tasks and coordinate resources. * Own UAT and maintain documentation in Confluence. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $125000.00 * Candidate will be eligible for ABC Supply's discretionary Bonus Program. * Candidate will be allowed 15 vacation days each year, which is above the standard vacation plan. Should he/she leave the company, for payment purposes, he/she would be paid out based on ABC Supply's standard accrual policy, not the additional days allotted. * However, we also provide 6 sick days and 10 holidays. * After 90 days, Candidate will be eligible to participate in the ABC Supply Associate Benefits program. * After 6 months, Candidate will be eligible to participate in the ABC Supply 401(k) program. *Workplace Type* This is a hybrid position in Beloit,WI. *Application Deadline* This position will be accepting applications until Jan 17, 2025.
