• Leading a team of platform engineers to innovate and implement state-of-the-art technologies within our product development lifecycle.
• Designing and developing scalable, modular platform solutions that promote reuse and are easily integrated into our diverse product suite.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and incorporate user feedback into the platform's development.
• Establishing best practices for modern software architecture, including microservices, serverless computing, and API-first strategies.
• Driving the roadmap for modernizing the products to leverage containerization and orchestration using Docker, Kubernetes, or equivalent technologies.
• Enhancing our CI/CD pipelines, automating build, test, and deployment processes to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Incorporating AI and machine learning capabilities into the platform to facilitate smarter workflows and predictive analytics.
• Ensuring the platform's infrastructure is robust, secure, and compliant with industry standards.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in software development and platform engineering, with at least 3 years in a tech lead role.
• Strong development experience in Go, Python, or Java.
• Deep understanding of distributed computing, microservices, CAP theorem, and system design trade-offs.
• Proven expertise in cloud computing services (AWS, Azure, GCP), container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Pulumi).
• Strong background in developing CI/CD pipelines and familiarity with automation tools (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Harness.io, GitLab CI, etc.).
• Experience with AI/machine learning frameworks and tools is highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Strong communication abilities to effectively collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders.
