Shift: Days 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Monday - Friday GENERAL SUMMARY: Responsible for daily operations for supply and inventory control. Investigates, troubleshoots and resolves inventory issues/problems. Responsibilities: Performs audit and logistical duties for supply and inventory control. Responsible for inventory storeroom levels and financial variance. Execute product conversions within the enterprise resource planning system. Maintains item attributes in the ERP system. Supports distribution and daily supply operations to ensure no disruptions occur that will negatively impact patient care. Ensures stock expiration is minimized with adherence to stock rotation guidelines and best practices. Orders, tracks, and manages supplies and local inventory Assists Resource Group Participants in achieving their financial goals CERTIFICATION/LICENCES REQUIRED Certification specializing in Lean Healthcare Mgmt. preferred. Fellow specializing in Production & Inventory Mgmt. preferred. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. - Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable. Some college is preferred Inventory management experience preferred. Computer skills Word, Excel, Sheets, Pages, Drive preferred.
