Summary:
The Outpatient Therapy Site Supervisor role is responsible for maintaining departmental fiscal responsibility, administrative duties, marketing activities, staff scheduling and supervision for assigned staff. This role will function as a licensed PT, OT, PTA, CSCS or ATC and provides direct patient care.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

1. Education: Education based on profession required.
2. License/Certifications: Current state license as a PT, OT, PTA, CSCS or ATC required. Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
3. Experience: Three years of relevant experience in an outpatient physical therapy or sports medicine role preferred. Supervisory experience preferred.
