Job Title: Onsite Meeting Manager
About the Role:
Join our dynamic team as an Onsite Meeting Manager, where you'll be the mastermind behind planning and executing a variety of events at our client's headquarters in the vibrant city of San Francisco, CA! From intimate gatherings to large-scale meetings, you'll ensure every detail is perfectly aligned with client goals. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams, managing logistics, and creating unforgettable experiences for all attendees.
You're Good At:
- Event Planning & Execution: Masterfully organizing events of all complexities, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Building strong relationships with Event Hosts and internal teams, providing clear and friendly communication about event processes.
- Strategic Resource Management: Optimizing campus facilities and resources to exceed client expectations, while creating detailed event diagrams.
- On-Site Management: Taking charge during events, supervising setup, and being the go-to person for any issues that arise.
- Communication & Client Experience: Delivering professional and service-oriented communication to clients, associates, and vendors.
You Might Also Have:
- Experience: 3-7 years in event planning, preferably in hospitality or customer-focused roles.
- Education: A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience that showcases your expertise.
- Skills: Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in help/service ticket management processes and workflow systems.
- Positive Attitude: A collaborative team player mindset with a creative approach to problem-solving.

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Meeting Manager is between $55,000 - $90,000 The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
