The Addiction Services Liaison is a vital link between Rogers and the recovery community, spearheading grassroots outreach efforts to alumni and those in recovery. This role demands a unique blend of addiction services expertise, strategic acumen, and relationship-building.
Strategic Relationship Management
- Build and maintain relationships with referral sources (e.g., alumni, recovering communities, peer support specialists).
- Manage territory with a patient-centered consultative sales approach.
- Conduct face-to-face and virtual customer meetings, including cold calls.
- Organize and participate in networking events, lunch-and-learns, and educational programs.
- Promote Rogers services at community events, recovery groups (AA, NA), and coalition meetings.
- Provide tours of Rogers facilities and programs.
Knowledge and Communication
- Stay updated on behavioral health programming, diagnoses, and industry trends.
- Communicate the efficacy and outcomes of Rogers' programs effectively.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of local, regional, and national markets.
- Participate in ongoing training and education.
Reporting and Analytics
- Maintain accurate records in CRM software.
- Complete and analyze monthly operational reports.
- Submit expense reports promptly.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategies.
Collaboration and Integrity
- Meet or exceed referral and community engagement performance metrics.
- Foster a collaborative and respectful work environment.

Additional Job Description: Autonomy and Travel
- Function with a high degree of autonomy.
- Extensive travel required (~80% of the time), including overnight and weekend trips.
- Travel by car and air; ability to be away from home for extended periods.
- Must live in WI, IL, or MN, within 50 miles of an airport.

Schedule and Flexibility
- Flexible work schedule, including evenings and weekends, to meet community and role demands.
- Attend substance use treatment-focused conferences, community events, and presentations, with overnight travel as necessary.
Education/Training Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required, preferably majoring in business, communications, psychology, social work, and/or related major. Minimum of two (2) years' business development and/or related experience with substance use. Experience with strategic planning, new business development, and negotiation. Computer proficiency and working knowledge of software programs, including Word and Excel Valid driver's license. Must be granted insurable status by the Rogers insurance policy.
