Job Description

As an Engineer, Cyber Professional Services you will interface with our valued clients on projects to develop robust network & virtualization solutions. The Networks Consultant shall consult with our internal and external customers on network assessments, design and implementation projects and the deployment of virtual compute infrastructure. These Projects will be specific to enabling a Connected Enterprise by connecting the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT).

You will report to the North American Cyber Professional Team Lead.

For the right candidate, this position could be worked remotely from any location in the United States.

What you will do

  • Design, implement and support customer's converged manufacturing/industrial network architecture as it relates to their business strategy and end-user needs.*
  • Write detailed documentation that could include customer requirements, system specifications, observed issues with remediation recommendations or implementation plans to develop or modify manufacturing infrastructure.*
  • Design, recommend, and implement network infrastructure and associated configuration changes.*
  • Design customer secure manufacturing architectures.
  • Provide vision regarding customer needs in a consultive manner.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Legal authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
  • Ability to travel internationally without restrictions

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

  • 2+ years in Industrial Networking related experience.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience configuring IT/OT network infrastructure equipment (Cisco Switches, Virtual Server Environments, Cisco Firepower, Palo Alto firewalls, Fortinet Fortigates, Anti-Virus Software).
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science or Information Technology or related technology driven degree.
  • 2+ years of experience working as part of a large, multi-disciplinary team completing full project life-cycle implementations.
  • Experience in a controls environment designing and troubleshooting industrial automation systems.
  • iDMZ design and implementation experience.
  • Wireless network design or implementation experience.
  • Recognized Network Certification ( CCNA / CCNP / CCIE Routing and Switching/Wireless, VCA, VCP, NCP-MCI, Cisco INS, GICSP)
  • Understanding of NIST 800-82, NERC-CIP, IEC-62443 Standards.
  • Flexibility to travel 25% - 50% is required with opportunity to include domestic and international trips.
