Description In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Support Equipment Operations seek ways to improve individual work processes within established procedures. Perform routine equipment operations tasks. Regularly receive direction from supervisor and escalate questions and issues. Interact with client personnel on basic information. Required Qualifications: 6 months of Equipment Operations experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience training military experience education. Job Details: -Attention to detail able to shift priorities as workflow changes able to perform and conduct themselves in a professional environment -Production based environment -Staff remains until work is done this can be a shorter or longer day. The expectation is they can stay later. -Lunches and breaks need to be taken. -Primarily scanning and imaging working on a machine called a Falcon Red-this machine opens mail, and they are responsible for extracting the mail. -This is all done on one machine in a fluid motion -It is important to be professional this is discussed in the training they receive -It's a bonus if they have mailroom experience -Everyone is cross trained Skills attention to detail, scanning, mailroom Top Skills Details attention to detail, scanning, mailroom Experience Level Entry Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.29 - $20.29 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
