Summary of This Role Focused on the people side of change, this role will plan, direct, and help to implement various HR related projects as well as prepare, support and equip stakeholders to adopt and use new business processes, systems and technology. Responsible for managing and supporting various cross-functional projects to standardize and strengthen HR practices across the organization, as well as guiding HR Stakeholders through critical global or corporate wide initiatives. Acts as a liaison to all other areas of the business and directs coordination of multi-organizational, global work efforts. Identifies, resolves, or escalates issues in order to minimize delays while ensuring collaboration across groups. Handles details of a highly confidential and critical nature. Requires discretion, confidentiality, a good understanding of technical and business vocabulary, and a detailed knowledge of the organization's operations, procedures, and people.
What Part Will You Play?
Guide the HR Stakeholders through critical global or corporate wide HR projects to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget (~70%)
Designs, communicates and implements an operational plan for completing a project, and monitors progress and performance against it Identifies, resolves, or escalates issues in order to minimize delays Facilitates and manages the analysis of project requirements, identifies and understands the cost estimates, resources, and time required to complete the project(s), and ensures project goals and requirements are met within time, cost, and quality parameters Acts as a liaison with other areas in the organization to secure specialized resources and contributions for the project Conducts project meetings, and prepares regular reports to communicate the status of the project within and beyond the project team Works with stakeholders and identifies and establishes priorities, allocates tasks, and coordinates project staff to meet project targets and milestones and ensures the project is delivered to the internal and/or external client's satisfaction Assist with the facilitation of any change management and internal communication
Mergers, Acquisitions, & Divestitures integrations (~30%)
Serve as the main HR contact for Corporate and Business Leads and assigned Project Manager to ensure alignment for the overall M&A integration Guide the HR workstream leads and ensure all HR stakeholders are engaged with any assigned integration work and initiatives are completed within the project timelines Partner with HR Solutions team to develop and lead change management plans Partner with HR Business Optimization to update the HR M&AD Playbook, incorporating lessons learned and best practices Maintain a log of all MA&D activity for HR leadership Participate in due diligence and initial kick off meetings as needed Coordinate with cross functional teams to include Business Technology Services, Finance, and Legal as needed

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree
- Typically Minimum 3 Years Relevant Exp in HR at a global organization
- Typically Minimum 3 Years Relevant Exp managing mid to large scale global projects

- Skills / Knowledge - Knowledge of HR Systems, preferably Workday, and ability to utilize Google Workspace tools. Ability to coordinate with a diverse set of stakeholders.
