Description: Our client is looking for a PC Technician to join their team in Waukegan, IL! Job Description: * Provide support for IT Warehouse and Deployment activities. * Experience in an IT/Technology related role (Service Desk, Desktop Support, Mobility, Hardware Fulfillment) preferred. * Responsible for handling tickets assigned to them through ServiceNow ticket system. * Fill warehouse requests, checking in warehouse inventory, shipping hardware from requests submitted for IT hardware, hardware inventory and updating SAP for received and deployed IT hardware. * Candidate may be responsible equipment recovery, picking up computers, mobility, and peripheral equipment from onsite locations. Following-up with managers of offboarded employees to gather required information. Sending out boxes and return Fed-Ex Labels for remote users. Processing incoming return equipment and following all data retention practices. * Responsible for computer peripheral deployments, setting up monitors, etc. * Image computers. Top Skills Details 1.
