*Description* Acrisure is looking for a Workday techno-functional financial resource to join their team on a contract to hire basis to help reduce their reliability on consultants and support the growth of their workday product internationally. Looking for them to help specifically within the Workday Finance area around: Accounting Center, Prism, Dashboard creation and Adaptive Planning. We have filled other roles on this team previously and they need to have someone who is eligible to go permanent. History of the project: - They are doing a big bang implementation of Workday full HR and FI scheduled for January 1st (Actually Dec 22) but that is the target for new payroll - Cross View is their SI - Project team has about 20 people in various capacities and time dedication - HRIS team has 5 people - They just finished the architected phase - Currently HRIS is bogged down with some new team members and really wants someone to come in and help take off the pressure - They need to be strong with data mining and validation and loading the data into workday from 3 different data systems - Proficient in excel and understanding the Workday product - 100% remote, love if they ever wanted to go permanent but not required Requirement Questions: 1)What is driving the need for this position? With the Workday implementation they are forming the team and growing the team. Approaching it more like an enterprise application team whether an opportunity or business problem is brought to the table. Two other areas outside of workday, some existing other applications some of which will be decommissioned. Additional new solutions and technologies they will be onboarded Go live was January 1st, 2023 AP, Customers, Business Assets, GL, not doing procurement yet, payroll 6)Who are the internal and external customers that will be supported by this role/project? Finance and accounting teams Responsibilities: *Support and enhance processes and solutions related to Workday Financials, Prism & Accounting Center *Understand Workday Financials functional and technical options, limitations, risks and tradeoffs and partner with accounting and finance teams to shape requirements accordingly *Obtain a deep understanding of the accounting and finance departments to build high-quality requirements and to recommend solutions *Translate conceptual user requirements into clear, detailed technical requirements and specifications *Configure Workday modules, create reports, dashboards and Discovery Boards, modify Workday Business Processes and develop integrations between Workday and Third Party applications *Develop relationships and actively collaborate with stakeholders *Support discussions and facilitate cross-team decision making *Ensure exemplary performance and reliability of IT solutions *Drive continuous improvement to achieve effectiveness and efficiency 8)If you were to stack rank the top three skills that would make someone successful what would they be?
