Job Title: Deposit Operations Support Specialist Summary of Duties and Responsibilities: We are looking for a detail-oriented producer like you to drive the future of our business in the communities we serve. In the role of Deposit Operations Support, you will collaborate with our retail team to assure the best possible experience for our customers. What You'll Do: The Daily Grind - Attention to detail and problem solving come together under your focus of reviewing account documents and completing account maintenance on our core system. At times, you will work with your internal partners to perform research and dig deeper to locate and correct errors. Other duties may include process improvement project work, legal document processing, and so much more. You're Part of a Team - You are a member of the larger Deposit Services Team which includes Deposit Operations, Item Processing, Reconciliation Team and Document Scanning. This role offers an amazing insight into the world of banking behind the scenes of our local operations. What it Takes: Skilled in: effective time management, relationship building within the your team and with others within the bank , and high comfort level working with computers and technology. Ability to: communicate effectively, maintain confidentiality, work with speed and accuracy while under deadlines, grasp technical information quickly, and work both independently and as a team member. Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel Responsible for adhering to compliance laws, regulations, and established Bank policies and procedures, including Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering.
