Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate project update meetings and workshops including note taking, identifying risks, and documenting action items during all phases of projects
  • Assist with the planning and execution of projects including creating project plans
  • Follow-up with project team members regarding open activities, action items, and coordinate the hand-off of deliverables between project team members
  • Prepare project status reports

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required; Membership and involvement in local PMI Chapter preferred
  • CPG or Retail industry experience preferred
  • Experience with deploying wireless handheld, tablet, or slate technology preferred
  • Prior experience managing small-to-medium size projects up to 150 tasks preferably using MS Project or similar project tool
  • Prior experience coordinating activities for managing small project teams
  • Organized, logical, and detailed oriented with excellent documentation skills; Ability to follow through, complete assignments, and achieve desired results

Position Summary

Minimum Qualifications

Education Level: (Required): Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work is performed primarily in an office environment. Typically requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time (66%+ each day), ability to hear the telephone, ability to enter data on a computer and may also require the ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
