Our Internship Program provides undergraduate students a structured and meaningful learning experience to prepare for future careers and help make informed decisions about their professional aspirations. This 10-week opportunity supports participants in growing their skills, empowering their curiosity, celebrating their versatility, and discovering their impact. Interns will work in a hybrid model from our corporate headquarters in Oaks, Pennsylvania, and collaborate virtually with peers in our London and Dublin offices.

The Internship Program often serves as a stepping stone into our full-time Associates Program, a yearlong developmental opportunity for recent graduates looking to kick-start their careers at SEI. Interns will have the opportunity to connect with SEI's strong network of Associates to learn about their achievements and contributions across our global organization and corporate culture.

This opportunity centers on five essential pillars:

  • Understand yourself and others
  • Develop as a professional
  • Learn our business
  • Impact our growth
  • Live our culture

You can expect to:

  • Enhance your professional skills and strengthen your business acumen through our weekly seminar series
  • Receive an on-demand summer learning plan, carefully curated by our Learning & Development team
  • Build teams and compete in a global strategic project showcased to the entire company, including senior leadership
  • Have your resume reviewed and professional headshot taken
  • Receive regular coaching and support to help formulate your career goals through one-to-one sessions with our program manager
  • Network with alumni of our Internship and Associates programs and the broader SEI workforce as you engage in career story sessions and coffee chats
  • Build connections with fellow interns through several events held throughout the summer

What role is right for you?
