Summary:
The Administrative Support Assistant role performs a variety of administrative and clerical functions to support an office and/or multiple teams. This may include answering incoming phone calls, greeting and directing patients/visitors, booking rooms, filing, and preparing routine correspondence.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

1. Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.

2. License/Certifications: N/A

3. Experience: One year of customer service experience required.

4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: N/A 5. Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: Microsoft Office and computer skills
