THE JOB:

As a Digital Game Tech Supervisor, you'll take charge of the day-to-day technical support operations that keep our digital game studios running smoothly. You'll lead a team of technicians, providing hands-on guidance and support while ensuring systems stay online, efficient, and compliant. Your focus will be on troubleshooting, streamlining workflows, mentoring team members, and being the go-to expert when issues arise-all while maintaining the highest standards of technical support and service delivery.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Lead hiring, training, scheduling, and performance reviews for the tech support team.

  • Coach and mentor technicians to build skills and improve team performance.

  • Manage daily support requests, assign tasks, and ensure quick issue resolution.

  • Handle complex technical problems and troubleshoot studio equipment, A/V systems, and networks.

  • Monitor live streams and CDNs to quickly fix issues and reduce downtime.

  • Communicate technical issues and solutions clearly and follow troubleshooting steps when engaging with partners or suppliers.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in tech support, A/V systems, or network communications.

  • At least 1 year of proven leadership or supervisory experience in a technical support or operations environment.

  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to remain calm under pressure in live production environments.

  • Must have or be able to maintain a valid NV Gaming license.
