As an integral member of our leadership team, you will: Lead Innovation: Oversee provider network strategy, payer contract negotiations, and performance improvement initiatives. Drive Value-Based Care: Manage the Population Health Services Organization, ensuring high performance in value-based agreements. Collaborate Strategically: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams and provide leadership across departments and external partners like Optum Analytics. Impact Communities: Support market expansion and improve access to high-quality care through strategic payer and provider partnerships. What You Will Do: Direct all aspects of payer contract negotiations, including reimbursement analysis and shared savings agreements. Lead the ProHealth Solutions ACO and develop strategies to improve value-based performance. Oversee analytics to support clinical and financial outcomes for contracts. Manage budgeting and financial analysis for ProHealth Solutions and Managed Care departments. Collaborate with the Chief Administrative Officer to develop and implement the provider network strategy. Drive regulatory compliance and lead initiatives related to CMS rulings and other key regulations. This role offers flexibility for remote work, with the expectation of occasional in-person attendance for specific needs or events, which will be rare and communicated in advance. What We're Looking For We are seeking an accomplished professional with: Education: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field (Master's preferred). Experience: 10+ years of provider networks and contracting experience, with 7+ years in leadership. Skills: Expertise in managed care, analytics, value-based care, and financial modeling.
