Role Snapshot As our Human Resource Analyst, you will play a key role in our mission to attract, engage, and retain top talent. We are seeking an analytical professional who seeks to understand the impact HR has in our business, support its needs, deliver solutions, and execute efficiently/effectively. In this role, you will have the opportunity to help with the evolution of our WPS HR areas this includes supporting compliance roadmaps protocols and practices (OFCCP, EEOC, AAP, etc.), HR practice analysis, supporting compensation (population data, attrition, headcount), benefits analysis, big picture long-term analysis, and HR data analysis. Salary Range $60,000 - $85,000 The base pay offered for this position may vary within the posted range based on your job-related knowledge, skills, experience and may fall outside the posted range.
