The job requires critical thinking to produce creative solutions that benefit our mutual customers, including biopharma and practices. The Membership Services Specialist is accountable for day-to-day operational activities to support the McKesson (Onmark, Unity, PACT, Pathway) GPO businesses. The individual is responsible for monthly roster creation, daily purchase review, and daily request management via Salesforce CRM. The role requires advanced Excel, SAP, and Tableau skills, intimate knowledge of our legal GPO contracts, biopharma operational processes, and internal administrative processes. The individual will work across multiple stakeholder groups (internal and external) to standardize core membership services processes and tools. Key Responsibilities Monthly Roster Creation
Daily Purchase Review
Daily Request Management
Enrollment of New Members or New Forms
Reporting and Continuous Improvement
Manage and Maintain Manufacturer Rosters
Proactively Conduct Contract Audits & Minimize Leakage
Support New Contract Launches/Amendments
Minimum Requirement Degree or equivalent and typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience. Critical Skills
