Position Summary At Stony Brook Medicine, a TH Medical Radiographer is a valuable member of our team, who provides clinical services to our patient population. Qualified candidates will demonstrate superior patient care and possess outstanding communication skills while adhering to our high standard of excellence. Duties of a TH Medical Radiographer in Nuclear Medicine may include the following but are not limited to:
Qualifications Required: Graduate of a School of Nuclear Medicine Technology. Licensed by the NYS DOH in Nuclear Medicine Radiology Technology. BLS Certification. NMTCB and/or ARRT Certification. Preferred: Nuclear Medicine and Hospital Experience. NMTCB and/or ARRT CAT Scan Certification. Special Note: Provide coverage to the following areas as needed: PET/CT & PET/MRI Imaging Center, General Nuclear Medicine in the Hospital, & Cardiology in the Hospital. Anticipated Pay Range: The salary range (or hiring range) for this position is $94,503 - $119,854 / year. The above salary range represents SBUH's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. The specific salary offer will be based on the candidate's validated years of comparable experience.
