Job Summary The Salesforce Administrator II will work on full life-cycle salesforce development projects including requirement gathering, development, acceptance testing, roll-out, user training, support, and maintenance. They will use Salesforce tools to set up and configure applications, manage data, build customized dashboards and actionable reports, set up workflows, alerts, and access controls, and address and resolve user issues.
