If you want to be a Difference Maker, Renewal by Andersen is the place for you. We are looking to add a Retail Customer Service Representative II to our team at Renewal by Andersen in Jessup, MD. The focus is on providing scheduling, order processing and general customer service. Analyze customer information, identify, and recommend actions, process order requests along with handling permits and inspections. This role will be working 3 days a week onsite and 2 days a week remote in our Jessup, MD location located at 8265 Patuxent Range Rd., Jessup, MD, 20794. RESPONSIBILITIES:

In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process.
