Complies with governmental and accreditation regulations. * Coordinates project post mortems and creates a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements. * Coordinates the estimations of resources and participants needed to achieve project goals. * Develops project plans and associated communications documents. * management and stakeholders. * Effectively communicates project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion. Acts as liaison with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis. * Identifies and manages project dependencies and critical path. Plans and schedules project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools. Tracks project milestones and deliverables. Develops and delivers progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations. Determines the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyzes results, and troubleshoots problem areas. * Participates in multidisciplinary quality and service improvement teams as appropriate. Participates in meetings, serves on committees and represents the department and hospital/facility in community outreach efforts as appropriate. * Performs other duties as assigned. * Proactively manages changes in project scope, identifies potential crises, and devises contingency plans. Defines project success criteria and disseminates them to involved parties throughout project life cycle. * Sets and continually manages project expectations with team members and other stakeholders. Delegates tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
