Job Summary:
The Construction Project Manager will work within the Lead and Asbestos Section which is housed in the Bureau of Environmental and Occupational Health, Department of Health Services WI. They will collaborate with other Lead & Asbestos team members to identify lead hazards in homes primarily built before 1978. Once those lead hazards are identified the Construction Project Manager will work in tandem with other Lead & Asbestos team members to address the lead hazards that were identified to help prevent further lead poisoning in both children and adults. Responsibilities: Oversees a building project from start to finish. Performs day-to-day construction phase management. Promotes completion of non-capital and capital projects by developing, monitoring and managing project requirements. Reports to and receives guidance from construction leadership.
