This position will provide a goal-oriented focus in delivering high impact and complex customer-facing digital/technology solutions that enable the organization to achieve its business objectives and goals. Contributes to the product vision and roadmap through strategic focus in driving an iterative development process. Evaluates opportunities and determines what gets built; has broader decision-making authority with product suite. Coaches' others and leads teams with limited oversight from management.
You will report to the Director, Business Systems. Position Compensation Range: $97,000.00 - $164,000.00Pay Rate Type: SalaryCompensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location. Relocation support is offered for eligible candidates. Primary Accountabilities

Licenses In this hybrid role, you will be expected to work a minimum of 10 days per month from the office. Candidates should reside within approximately 35-50 miles of the following office location: Madison, WI 53783 or Boston, MA 02110. #LI-Hybrid Relocation may be provided based on need.
