Overview
CORT is looking for an enthusiastic Rental Consultant to join our dynamic team. We are looking for a team member who can build client relationships and generate furniture rental agreements in the showroom, on the telephone, e-mail, social media, and with our on-line customers. Rental Consultants spend their day helping people who are in transition by assisting them in selecting furniture, arranging for delivery and answering questions from those that want to learn more about what CORT does, and aiding people at a time when they need a friendly face and voice on the phone. As an in-market Rental Consultant (RC) you will support inbound sales and service inquiries from customers through inbound calls, chat, SMS, and cases. This role is responsible for updating and maintaining customer records in our CMR, achieving sales and service goals while providing customers with an exceptional experience. In addition, in market RC's have added responsibility for coverage of a rental showroom location. This is a full-time, onsite position, performed from the CORT office. Pay: $62,000- $66,000 Schedule: Monday- Friday 9:am-6:pm What We Offer
