WellSky is looking for an Education Manager to lead and inspire our Advisory Outsource Services team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in home health coding who is passionate about making a real impact. A day in the life!

You will be responsible for the following:

  • Creating and presenting/training curriculum tailored for teammates across the medical coding and revenue cycle services teams.
  • Completing a needs assessment, curriculum development, coordination of training, evaluation of learning, certification, and continuous improvement and collaborating with subject matter experts to design relevant learning content.
  • Providing technical competency and serving as a subject matter expert regarding documentation, coding, billing, reimbursement, and compliance management as it relates to coding and client service delivery.
  • Providing guidance to the team on complex coding scenarios.
  • Staying current in regulatory changes and communicating industry updates.
  • Developing and maintaining the learning curriculum for US and Global coding teams.
  • Proposing and producing improvements to existing coding practice standards.
  • Ensuring completion of certification requirements
  • Act as the expert who evaluates training effectiveness, impact, and completion by implementing evaluation techniques and measurement tools.

Do you have what it takes?

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 4-6 years related work experience
  • Certified in Home Health Coding
  • Certified in Oasis
