Position Summary

Provide financial support to the NVH business unit by using technical ability to provide accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and critical business insight. Contribute to the strategic and annual operating plans. Execute financial, internal control, and audit assignments.

Job Description



  • Support the NVH FP&A manager with financial reporting and analysis
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, bridges, and reconciliation schedules.
  • Ensure that the business unit's financial reports accurately reflect financial performance in accordance with GAAP and Tenneco's policies.
  • Support the business planning processes (strategic plan, annual operating plan including sales and cost of sales, and monthly forecasts).
  • Create and deliver various analyses including but not limited to sales and profitability.
  • Supply audit documentation and analyses as requested.
  • Create analyses and reports as well as complete special projects as required.



Required Skills & Experience



  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with SAP, Microsoft Office, and Onestream/Hyperion preferred but not required.
  • Ability to set goals and deliver timely and accurate results for self.
  • Ability to conduct research and provide effective recommendations.
  • Communicate effectively with other functional areas and all levels within the organization.
