The Aftermarket Fulfillment Lead will develop solutions and provide support to our customers and channel partners by acting as a product specialist in a team; working closely with Sales, Engineering, Procurement, Shop Operations and other global functions as needed.

As an Aftermarket Fulfillment Lead, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing engineering, supplier support and development of solutions for the site's valve aftermarket service and repair business.
  • Interacting with new and existing customers to understand their needs and expectations for service, repair, and upgrade/retrofit opportunities for all our valve product lines.
  • Owning quoting, order entry, order fulfillment, post-shipment, and overall customer issue resolutions throughout all phases of the business cycle for parts. This includes but not limited to reviewing and providing recommendation on customer requirements to assure compliance and/or noted exceptions on quotations / purchase orders.
  • Managing and resolving commercial and technical risks including resolving pricing issues, and technical clarifications as needed.
  • Working in close partnership with sales teams on customer and order related issues.
  • Collaborating with leadership for all necessary process improvements.
  • Managing escalations from external customers through After Market Center (AMC) by clear communication, influencing teams and prioritization of activities.
  • Answering customers' questions, resolving their concerns, and providing additional information via calls and emails.
  • Explaining and demonstrating the functions and features of products and services.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical preferred) from an accredited college or university (OR Associate's degree in related field). High School Diploma considered.
  • Possess control and/or relief valve technical experience.
  • Have 5+ years of experience in Valve Industry (Aftermarket/Services).
  • Have 3+ years of experience in Customer Service.
  • Have experience using ERP systems (SAP, Oracle).
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel).
  • Be able to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication, listening and interpersonal skills, with the ability to stay cool under pressure.
