As part of Chartwells Higher Education, we have partnered with LSU Health to open a BRAND NEW dining facility at the Health Sciences Center in Shreveport, LA. We are seeking a dynamic GENERAL MANAGER to lead the retail dining and catering for this exciting new adventure. You will be responsible for maintaining this FEE account in accordance with the approved budget while meeting client expectations. You will be expected to maintain excellent relationships with employees, guests and the client, as well as other departments within the operation. Along side of your Executive Chef and Catering Manager, the leadership team will be responsible for promoting the professional growth and development of the entire food service operation. You will also foster strong interdepartmental relations and integrate the dining service department with the facility plan of operations. Key Responsibilities:
