Job Description This position is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the Hospitality & Special Events Department which oversees both game day and non-game day private events, internal events and hospitality areas. Core duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
Assist with day-to-day special event needs, including set-up, execution and support during events. Routine responsibilities will consist of preparing table linens, writing utensils, and centerpieces, and assisting with the set-up of audio/visual needs.
The ideal candidate will have one or more years of experience in event coordination or hospitality. Candidates with strong communication, analytical, organizational skills, and attention to detail are preferred. Our Pitch You come here to make a difference.
