Office Team Leader

Applied Industrial Technologies a leading process flow control company. As an Office Team Leader, you will havean immediate impact on our Distribution Center's performance and in customer satisfaction. You'll join a tight-knit team serving multiple service centers, internal associates, and loyal, long-term customers. Productivity and accuracy are key measures for success.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Responsible for the planning, supervision and performance of all office functions in the distribution center.
• Instruct and direct office personnel to achieve and maintain a high level of service to branches and customers including timely, accurate responses to inquiries and the ability to respond to exceptional needs with exceptional service.
• Active involvement in the Company's Total Quality Management process as evidenced by continuous improvement of processes directed toward reducing costs, improving cycle time, increasing sales/gross profit and customer satisfaction.
• Carries out policies and procedures, and works to the performance standards as defined for Distribution Centers.
• Continuous development through reading, schools, seminars and on-the-job training.

Position Requirements:

• 3-5 years business, Lean and orcustomer serviceexperience
• Persuasive communicator / strong facilitator / structured and logical thinker
• Solid computer skills: Excel, Power Point, Access, etc.
• WMSexperience preferred
• Lean background preferred
• SAPexperience preferred
• Ability to challenge the status quo
• Self-directed, proven leader
